Dr. John Lee - natural bio-identical hormones

Other great articles to read:
@www.fibrocystic.com/index.htm. They go over many writings by Dr John Lee - including herbs and
other chemicals that act like estrogen, including plastic bottles we get our spring water in.

@www.johnleemd.com, they have great articles and newsletters.  You can also get
saliva tests right there, and has many articles, books, tape lectures,  it's wonderful.

NEED *NATURAL* REPLACEMENT HORMONES?  THIS IS THE PLACE! FOR MEN AND WOMAN.  YES!
MEN TOO!!!

NOTE: don't do any other test than the saliva test, which is the most accurate. The World Health
Organization uses it as the method of choice for hormone testing. (First there was by blood, then
urine, saliva is the MOST accurate testing).

What kills me, is that Dr Lee said the medical establishment knew about natural hormone replacement
back in the 1950's!!!

But they opted for the
profits of synthetic hormone replacement made from pregnant horse piss, which
can be patented unlike natural hormones - and causes cancer, and a more serious hormone imbalance.
Ref: from Dr Lee's cassette tape lecture.

Natural bio-identical hormones have helped many people avoid mastectomies, hysterectomies, fibroid
removal, and prostate surgery.
If your hormones are out of wack, your uterus wont work correctly, you bleed too much or too long,
etc, etc - it's very simple. Your prostate is affected.

BALANCING YOUR HORMONES HANDLES ENDOMETRIOSIS, FIBROIDS - ALL THE ISSUES ON WOMAN'S
PROBLEMS AND MEN'S.

They've also helped many people discontinue expensive medications for anxiety, depression, and other
so called 'psychiatric disorders', high blood pressure, high cholesterol, under active thyroid, and much
more.  As balanced hormones handle many areas of your body, not just reproductive organs.
Note about Dr.
John Lee's books:

"In Dr. Lee's first
book, (above), he
said that people
should use
creams containing
no less than
900 mg of
progesterone and
that  you could use
sub-linguals.

In his latest book,
below,  (Jan 2000)
he explains (pages
320-322) why this
is NO LONGER
VALID..

Everyone who has
read Dr. Lee's first
book should now
read the second
"What Your Doctor
May Not Tell You
About PRE-
Menopause".

ALSO In his first
edition of 'What
Your Doctor May
Not Tell You About
Menopause' he
mainly talks about
'estrogen
dominance' (which
is a situation
brought about by
too much
estrogen)
and has
nothing to do with
menopause

(which is a
situation brought
about by too little
estrogen). In that
first book Dr. Lee
does NOT make
the difference
between 'estrogen
dominance' and
'estrogen
deficiency' very
clear, but he
revised it in 2004
which helped
some. But it's still
not as clear as it
should be so I'm
going to explain
the differences
now.

What your doctor may not tell you about prostate
health and natural hormone supplementation.
A booklet by John R. Lee, M.D.
Hormones Etc 2003 (28 Pages)

The long-awaited work by John R. Lee, M.D.
that sheds light on how men's hormones really
work, what really causes prostate cancer, and
how to supplement with natural hormones safely.
It's a short book but it's packed with provocative
insights and useful information.

Over and over again, Dr. Lee proved to his readers that he had a handle on how hormones work, and how
to use them wisely for optimal health. His advice on thyroid dysfunction, osteoporosis, diet, diabetes,
arthritis, brain health and much more has stood the test of time, and millions of women are healthier and
happier for it.

However, Dr. Lee received a steady stream of letters and e-mails from women that said, "My hormones
are working great now, but what about my husband's hormones? Please do a book for the men!"

Dr. Lee finally put it together in this remarkable little publication. Some of the topics this booklet explores
include:

  • Hormones men make and in what amounts.
  • How estrogen makes men fat and enlarges their prostates.
  • How to supplement with natural hormones, including testosterone, androstenedione, DHEA and
    progesterone.
  • How to keep the prostate gland healthy.
  • The truth about prostate cancer (hint: it's not the testosterone).
  • What is DHT and how it affect a man's health.
  • What the PSA test really indicates.
  • Current research on men's hormones and prostate health.
  • And more…

Optimal Health Guidelines
by John R. Lee, M.D.

This updated edition of Optimal Health Guidelines is both vintage Dr. Lee
because it‘s the first book that he wrote (for his students at the College of
Marin), and it’s also the latest Dr. Lee, because he has updated much of the
information.

The book is full of great stories from Dr. Lee’s medical practice, his often wry
philosophy, and eye-opening factoids. Dr. Lee also covers a wide range of
medical issues in this book, including attitudes towards disease, how
nutrients work in the body, and his now-famous commonsense approach
towards heart disease, cancer, hormone balance, digestive problems, and
many other common illnesses.

You’ll be amazed at what might really be causing your high blood pressure,
arthritis, or heartburn, and how simple it may be to treat it.

The fourth edition of Optimal Health Guidelines is also totally reformatted, it
has a brand new cover and a comprehensive index! This would make a
wonderful gift anytime.
